Our Guarantee assures that when you book with Loop Golf Transportation and encounter any problem with your booking, we will do everything possible to make it right and keep you informed. If any severe weather or other Act of God delays our service area or interrupts your reservation, we will waive all cancellation fees and process a full refund. Providing transportation to the traveling public is a privilege that we love to serve. In our experience, we have come to realize that occasionally, things do go wrong. Delays do happen and in most cases, they are beyond our control. We will offer our customers a 100% refund if your trip is canceled by us or not provided due to things beyond our control. IMPORTANT Transportation NOTE: Please note that we as Loop Golf Transport LLC are the reservations/booking and transportation company. Terms and Conditions list for private transportation: Payment: Payment is due when the reservation is made. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept cash or checks. Payments are not accepted at any station location or onboard any shuttle. For safety and security, payment is only accepted by telephone or online. Discounted Travel Policy: Travel purchased using a promotion code are 100% Non-Cancellable, Non-Changeable and Non-Refundable. Inclement Weather: Loop Golf Transport LLC will asses weather conditions 24 hours in advanced of the scheduled service. If the weather is too dangerous for driving, the service contact will be notified and Loop Transport Golf has the option to cancel the service trip. If the service is cancelled 100% will be refunded. If the client should cancel based on inclement weather 50% of total bill will be forfeited by the Client. Loop Golf Transport and its drivers may decide at any point of travel that the weather is too dangerous for driving and they will attempt a final return to the pickup point. Billing will be based on actual drive time and stand by. While driving in inclement weather, drivers will use there best judgement to determine if the roads are unsafe to drive and wait for weather to clear. Every effort will be made to provide emergency trips as needed. Private Shuttle Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of Private Shuttles are non-refundable if done with less than 60 days prior to travel date. In order to be eligible for a refund minus a 50% cancellation fee, IMPORTANT NOTE: If cancellation is done less than 60 days in advance, your reservation will not be eligible for a refund. Please NOTE: It is considered a last minute reservation if you book your private shuttle service within a time frame of 0-15 days of travel date. Therefore not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. Travel Change/Corrections Policy: ALERT: Changes of travel within less than 48 hours of departure, under any circumstance, is 100% Non-Changeable and Non-Refundable. In case of an emergency, please send an email and it will be taken into consideration. Please Note: Changes will not be accepted via telephone. Customers who have a confirmed reservation made through our website or by telephone is entitled to make changes to their travel plans at a fee of $10.00 per person plus any additional fare changes. All travel changes MUST be completed through our Reservations Department at the following email: * Please provide your Transaction ID (Reservation Number) when submitting a request for changes. * Travel purchased using a promotion code is 100% Non-Cancellable, Non-Changeable and Non-Refundable. This includes our “Last Minute Specials” as well. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions BEFORE placing a reservation. All information entered into the reservation form is the customer’s responsibility to be accurate. Refunds will not be issued for unused travel under any circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for duplicate reservations or customer entry errors. Once the Submit Button is clicked, all sales are final. NOTE: There is a 30-day time frame after travel date in order to request or dispute a refund. After said 30 days have passed there will be no eligibility for refunds under any circumstances. NOTE: It will be considered a no-show “none refundable” if customers: Flight is delayed and cannot make it on time specified previously on the reservation, delayed because held back in customs. Changes that are made within a 24 hour period of travel date and time are not guaranteed and subject to availability; in case of change cannot be made, a refund will not be issued. Our itineraries are set according to the advanced reservations that are made, therefore Loop Golf Transport LLC is not liable for delays from the customer’s side. No refund will be provided in any of these cases. NOTE: Chargebacks If you attempt a chargeback because you did not qualify for a refund, please note our procedure. We will respond to such chargebacks immediately. We then depending upon the dollar amount can/will file charges of credit card fraud with the County Sheriff. You can also be subject to civil penalties of up to 3 times the amount of booking, plus court cost and legal fees. We also may send your information to our associations and other transportation companies within the State of Oregon. Loop Golf Transport as well as other transportation companies have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and work together to combat it. Promotion Codes: We are pleased to offer promotion codes. All promo codes must be entered correctly as indicated on the Promo Code page of our website. No Promo Codes are accepted for telephone reservations. Incorrectly entered promo codes that do not automatically calculate the discounted fare will not be eligible for refunds after the reservation has been submitted. Departures & Arrivals: We make every effort to pick up customers within the time requested, however, due to traffic, weather conditions and other circumstances that are beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for late departures and/or arrivals. No partial or full refunds will be given for late trips within 120 Minutes. Just like in AIR TRAVEL. There are no refunds or partial refunds for delays. Schedule Changes: Occasionally, it may become necessary to change departure times in anticipation of travel conditions, road closures or weather conditions. Schedule changes occur to prevent lengthy delays. A schedule change is not a trip cancellation or delay, however, the schedule change can be up to 4 hours prior or 4 hours later than originally published. Full or Partial refunds are not available for schedule changes and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience it may cause. Trip Cancellations: In the event that Loop Golf Transport LLC cancels a trip, we will make all efforts to re-accommodate passengers to the next available departure or provide for a 100% refund of the service not provided which would be total of reservation paid for. Loop Golf Transport LLC is not liable for extra expenses incurred or done by a customer with other parties, not Loop Golf Transport LLC. If for any reason, a refund was not processed and it’s been more than 30 days past the incident, a customer is not entitled to refund any longer. A time frame of up to 30 days will be provided for refund requests if for any reason the refund wasn’t processed immediately after an incident. Prices Subject To Change: We reserve the right to change prices with no notice. Once booked, you are guaranteed your fare will not increase. Once you book your ticket, you are locked into that fare. Right To Refuse Transportation: We reserve the right to refuse transportation to anyone deemed unsafe or unsuitable for travel. Passengers who are denied boarding will not receive any type of refund or compensation. Passengers who intimidate, threaten or interfere with any employee or fellow passenger will be denied boarding. Raised vocal tones are deemed intolerant and will be dealt with accordingly. Please be considerate of fellow passengers. Customers who are denied boarding will no longer be able to travel with us for future trips. Driver Gratuity: Customers who elect to prepay the Driver Gratuity agree to the additional charge to be placed on the card. Customer’s who elect to pay the Driver Gratuity in cash directly to the driver and fail to do so will be charged 20% at the time of the trip. (back to top) Equipment: We reserve the right to substitute equipment based on operational need. Damages to Equipment: Customers will be responsible for any damage caused by their negligence. Additional Fees: Vomit occurrences and or other bodily fluids on the Loop Golf Transport Shuttle will be assessed an additional $500 if the occurrence happens on the seats(s), carpet, or other hard to clean areas. $250 will be assessed if it occurs on the floor. Excessive messiness, including broken glass, spilled beverages and mud/dirt can be assessed $150 cleaning fee. Opening Emergency Window $200 fee. Clogging toilet $200 Fee. Throwing away half full/ full beverages $150 fee. Use the sink to pour out beverages before they are discarded. Physical damage to the vehicle will be charged the full amount that it took to repair plus labor cost if due to the misconduct/negligence of the customer/organization. Tolls, parking fees, airport fees and entry fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the Company or Driver pays for these fees, the customer will be billed for direct charges. Service Denial: Loop Golf Transport LLC reserves the right to deny service for any reason, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil disobedience, physical damage to the vehicle, incapability, and disorderly conduct. Force Majeure: Loop Golf Transport LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under the Service Contract, and neither party shall be deemed in breach of its obligations thereunder, if such failure or delay is due to Acts of God, natural disasters, national, state or local states of emergency, acts of war or terrorism, labor strike or lock-out, or other industrial or transportation accident caused by any third party, any violation of law, regulation or ordinance by any third party or any other cause not within the control of Loop Golf Transport, respectively. Selecting, Reserve Now, you agree to our terms and conditions. Prohibited Items: The following items and activities are prohibited without the written consent of Loop Golf Transport LLC; (i.) Decorations; (ii.) Smoking; (iii.) Glass containers; (v.) Golf shoes or other shoes with spikes; (vi.) Generators or non-medical oxygen containers. Tap beer is not allowed on any shuttle. NOTE: These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without written notice at any time in our sole discretion.
